With a celebration of fireworks at night,
Loud and bold against the sky. Pop. Pop. Pop.
It’s the moment to sing
Happy Birthday! Ding. Ding. Ding.
To these United States
Whose consistent union we bring
To 2016.
From barbecues to parties at the pool
The festivities are really cool.
We clink glasses of wine and beer
So that we can cheer,
While getting together to talk.
This country is grand
So bring out the band
This is America
A land where much of the world
Is represented…
This is our strength…
