For 12 sessions, a total of $792. Weekly attendance is so important in this 12-week group. Meditation & other exercises build in momentum. Members develop trust in the process of shifting energy, and in the group's relationships. How do I get a free copy of your book? If you enroll & pay in full by Oct. 14 to be confirmed by me, I will send you a FREE signed copy of my book, "The A Train to Sedona" – a memoir of my journey to love and compassion.
Who is the Group's Facilitator? Linda Marsanico, Ph.D. Linda writes and blogs about love, compassion, playfulness, visualization, meditation, and stillness as a road to a joy-filled life. She encourages clients to develop the muscle of meditation and mantra as a support for a disciplined mind. She is a spiritual coach who considers the mind body & spirit of a person. Linda sees herself as a healer, employing Reiki, Vortex® and Integrated Energy® modalities. In her recently published book, The A Train to Sedona, she describes her journey toward love, compassion, and enlightenment. She writes to have her voice be heard, and to inspire others "on their way" by sharing vignettes and strategies, her successes, and failures. The book is funny, serious, and always informative! Linda hosted a weekly, spiritual radio show on TalkRadioNYC, which began October 23, 2024 until the fall of 2025. The title of the broadcast is "The A Train to Sedona" after her book by the same name. The focus of the program is love and compassion in everyday life.
